Reese Kaylynn is a singer-songwriter whose music blurs the line between Adele’s ballads and Tori Kelly’s pop sounds. She moved to Nashville from St. Louis to pursue her musical dreams in 2022, at the age of 15. Her love for music came when she was four years old and started playing the violin. From there she’s picked up other instruments such as piano and guitar, which are now her main accompaniments to her original songs.

While performing live, she is often accompanied by her brother, Christian Milford, on the violin. His strings add an ambiance to the already heartfelt music. Their sound together has been said to “really take you to church.”
 

Reese is currently performing in venues and songwriter’s events around the Nashville area, has been featured on TV, and is starting to book concerts across the Midwest and the Southeast.

She wrote her debut single “Falling with the Leaves” as a power-ballad expressing the brokenness many people feel inside. The song is relatable in many ways because of the journal like vulnerability. She wants to have a meaning to what she sings, so instead of ending the song dwelling on the brokenness in her life, she ends it with a message of hope. That one day, past the falling of the leaves and the dead of winter, springtime is coming.
